If you a part of leading a Parish ministry – Ministry Leaders’ Family Camp is for You

It’s time to gather with fellow leaders for an inspiring time at Ministry Leaders’ Family Camp.

This year’s theme, ‘Rebuilding the Ruins’, speaks to the heart of ministry in today’s world—finding renewal, hope, and strength in the midst of challenges. Our speaker lineup includes Dr. Roshan Allpress from Laidlaw College, Bishops Justin and Anashuya, and several local leaders who will guide us through thought-provoking discussions.

An amazing range of workshops are on offer. Bishop Justin will share leadership lessons from the last ten years, Common Grace Aotearoa discuss discernment and the Spirit in campaigning for justice while other workshops cover mental health, intercultural communities, church planting and storytelling. We also look forward to hearing from Kevin and Nicki Denholm who will share their work in revealing the heart of God in film, photography and storytelling. A full list of workshops can be viewed here.

On Saturday night we’ll be forming a ‘pop-up choir’, learning a song together in harmony and having buckets of fun as we do it (even if you think you can’t sing). The children and youth programmes are going to offer a great combination of learning and fun – and we’ll all have the chance to enjoy the amazing facilities at El Rancho (and yes, we’ll have Paekākāriki Pops again…)

MLFC is for leaders of all kinds – Whether you’re a priest, on vestry, an administrator, leading a ministry with children or youth, or leading in any other way, MLFC is for YOU. If you have not registered yet then check in with your parish leader to see if it’s right for you, then visit https://www.mlfc.nz/ - tickets sales close at midday on Monday next week (10 March).

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to connect, grow, and be refreshed.
